"Action Required" - No Access to Dashboard

In trying to access my dashboard, I keep getting the pop-up alert (pictured below) telling me that authentication is required and it immediately redirects me into Billing. I’m unable to access anything in my dashboard because it keeps redirecting me back to the Billing section.

I have already put in my credit card successfully and have been charged for my membership ($25/m).

Any help would be appreciated!
