Is it possible to add bonus / gratuity time to a membership? Let’s say a customer has a bad experience for some reason, and I wish to add a week of free membership to their account as a way of apologising - is this something that can be done?
Great question! Currently, the only way to do something like this would be to refund some money in stripe which we agree, wouldn’t be ideal. I am adding this info to our insight feedback for the roadmap!
