We are a marketing company. Our client has a WP site we built and maintain for them. Is the best option to add pages that strip the Wp theme and use HTML to install/run Memberstack?

Memberstack is still relatively untested in WP, but there’s a chance it will work either way. The most likely possible issue I see is with the CSS.
