Can't connect to testing domain

Hi there,

I am trying to connect Memberstack to a test job board. The link for the job board is

When I try to enter this url as my testing domain in memberstack, I get a 404 error saying the URL does not exist (see image below.) I’m probably doing something wrong, so let me know!

Can you try adding https:// and then http:// before your domain? I’ve noticed it makes a difference for some sites. Let me know if that doesn’t work. Maybe Tyler will have some ideas :grin:

One quick question: Where are you hosting your site?

No luck with the https:// vs. http:// unfortunately.

Okay, so it appears that the domain is returning a 503 status code to our validation API ( In order for Memberstack to recognize a domain, it needs to return a status code between 200 and 399.
What’s strange though, is it does correctly return a 200 code in Chrome :face_with_monocle:
Where is the domain hosted?

The good news though, is your site will function properly even if Memberstack “thinks” the domain doesn’t exist :+1:
