Do you have templates for Squarespace Custom Forms.
I want to create a custom sign up form which collects all the data that I require.
It will need to have drop down boxes where users can select options from a list.
Are Squarespace templates or tutorials available?
I need help figuring out how to how to create the form and link the fields to the form.
