How to let imported members know their password?

I have set up a member only section on a Duda website, all working fine.
However, it is a free membership which we will be giving to existing clients.

So we want to email them with their username & password once we have imported them into Memberstack.
I can’t see how to send members their login details? Except that we need to use an external service for the email. We are using Campaign Monitor.

I also am trying to upgrade the account to a paid account, and it keeps giving me an error saying contact us… But I can’t contact memberstack, I get nowhere!

Great question. All passwords are salted and hashed in our database so we do not know everyone’s password either. What other Memberstackers do is create a signup page (a custom signup form) and send out emails to everyone that gives a link to that page so they can add themselves with their own passwords. We know this is not ideal and are working on coming up with ideas to do something different. We do not have an ETA on this yet though.
