Manually Adding New Members/Cash Payers

HI,

The client has passed me some members who have paid cash at different times to join.

What is the best solution for adding them at the correct date?

I can’t assign them up myself via the form as even with a voucher it requires a card to be input.

Hi Roo, I recommend giving those folks a 100% off coupon. https://app.memberstack.io/coupons

That said, it would be nice to be able to mark a customer as paid right from the admin dashboard. I’ll see what we can do about that. :grin:

I tried using a 100% off voucher but it still wanted card details - any way I can bypass that?

(As these users paid cash, so I guess I need a way of backdating it to the point of payment, and a way of triggering a reminder when their sub expires?)

Hmm, so you think they will continue to pay via cash? If so, you can give them a 100% off forever coupon. That shouldn’t require them to add a card on file.

Hmm, I will check with the client.

How about the back dating aspect? Im guessing thats something I cant do with the current controls.

I guess I will just have to make a manual note for their expected renewal?
