Members can't change password from our sites

Our team has two websites setup under our MemberStack account. They are both Webflow sites and seem to be working well except for one issue we’re hoping to get some help with.

When a member launches the profile modal and tries to change their password it’s not letting them. It always gives an error saying “passwords do not match”.

Both sites seem to have this issue and we can’t figure out what the problem is. We can take the same generated new password from LastPass, paste them in both new password fields, and still get a mismatch message.

If anyone at Webflow or the community can help give advice we would appreciate it. Do we have to activate the ability for members to change their password somewhere? Or is there something we are just not seeing that’s off by default for this?

I looked at your site and noticed an iframe within your html. How did you get this? This iframe would be your issue. :smiley:

Thanks so much for the help. This helped us track down this and another login overlay issue that was breaking out functionality here.

Our previous developer did a few things differently here. But we are using the Memberstack modals wherever we can now to do sign up and login and its letting us remove all this blocking functionality.
