Migrating existing paying members to Memberstack

Hi

We currently have a site running on wordpress/memberpress. Members are paying through stripe.

We’re designing updated sign on squarespace/memberstack.

What’s the best way of transferring the existing paying members? Some of them would have recently started new annual plans.

Any ideas?

if you are using the same Memberstack account you wouldn’t need to transfer anything. Just use the same header code on the new site and change wordpress to squarespace in the script src. This is found at https://app.memberstack.io/code

Thanks Josh, but not using memberstack at the moment.

Current setup is wordpress & memberpress.

Hi @Josh-Lopez I’m looking to do the same thing but have some Stripe config knowledge, do you have any documentation you could send me on the migration process if I wanted to do it myself?

Great question! I wish we did have a way for customers to do this on their own if they have knowledge of Stripe but we do not right now. :crying_cat_face: To be transparent, we currently do a migration by hand and its a time consuming task which is the reason why we try not to do it at all except for rare occasions.

Is it on the roadmap for you to allow us to do it on our own? I would like to if possible or hirer someone to do it for me.
