Upgrade user manually after aproval

1. Please build something that lets me upgrade user manually after aproval

2. This is important to me because I need to check my members first.

3. My current workaround is not working.

One of the problems with the workaround (https://help.memberstack.io/post/member-approval) (Option 2, step 2) is that the user can go by himself on the approved page url and aprove himself.
