Webflow + Memberstack Profile Update Not Saving

Hey @mollyfloyd24 , building a project with webflow and memberstack. Had the profile update working, now it is not. There are no repeating attributes. Why wont the profile update anymore?

Also how do you use radio buttons in profile update? Thanks!

Hey Just to update here, working on this now, figured it out. Some reason radio buttons we’re giving me a hard time.

I switched over to a dropdown and it works perfect. Profile saves. all good

Hey Cody,

Thanks for giving us an update and glad you figured it out🎉

I will also add links to two of the help centre articles that should help if anyone needs them:

Hey guys,

USE CASE: Email opt-in radio buttons / Webflow & MemberStack

I followed the tutorial here: https://help.memberstack.com/en/articles/3918174-custom-checkboxes-radio-buttons

But I’m having trouble using radio buttons to update MemberStack member profile fields.

I have 2 radio buttons (opt-in with value of ‘Yes’ and opt-out with a value of ‘No’) grouped under name ‘Email Opt-in’. I initially tried setting the radio button values to ‘true’ and ‘false’, but Webflow seems to revert to ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ by default.

I added the custom attributes to both Yes and No inputs, and tried using ms-field and data-ms-member - separately and together.

The form itself has the following attribute: ms-update=“profile”.

Any thoughts? Or is my best bet to switch from radio buttons to dropdown as @cody did?
